At Prakash Cotton Mills, a state-of-the-art process house churns out high quality wares that are on par with the best in the world. Our product range comprises of all types of furnishing fabrics like bed sheets, pillow covers and bed linens. Our products are made of 100% cotton and blended yarn materials in beautifully dyed, elegantly printed and bleached mode.

Annually, we make more than 8 million kgs. of spun yarn. Spinning is done using 39,000  SPINDLES AND 5,300 ROTORS, backed by the latest set up of Trutzschler Blow Room, DK 760 & DK 803 Cards and HSR Frames.

Our weaving section annually produces more than 30 million meters of sheeting, satin, flannel, drill and twill weaves    on 22 m/cs of OMNI-DELTA Picanol Airjet, 204 m/cs of Sulzer Projectile and other conventional looms

The yarn preparatory section is equipped with world class Benninger Zell Warping and Benninger Zell sizing machines.

Totally self contained and fully equipped with the most modern machinery; bleaching, dyeing and printing is carried out supported by computerised microprocessor controlled systems.

The dyeing setup includes continuous pad batch dyeing, jigger dyeing and pigment dyeing.

Printing facilities include the latest 'STORK' RD IV Rotary Printing Machine and 'BUSER' Flat Bed Printing. This enables printing 12 colours simultaneously with precise design settings.

A CAD-CAM set up of SILICON GRAPHICS and SOPHIS workstations aided by a BENZ SCANNER/ PLOTTER helps in creating close fitting designs, half tone and stipple effects.  Colour matching is done using the latest DATA COLOUR - SMART MATCH SYSTEM.

Our SeerSucker (Pleated Fabrics) capacity is around 40,000 mtrs/day. Pleated effect is produced chemically on dyed as well as multicolor printed fabrics.  Sophisticated Franz Muller Raising machines having a capacity of 50,000 mtrs/day produce flannelettes of upto 250 cms width.

Terry towels and plain fabrics are processed on SCLAVOS overflow machine.  Its computerised microprocessor can dye uniform shade without any variations to the tune of 1,200 kgs/day.  The total set up includes singeing, mercerising and preshrinking (Sanforising) facilities.

The garment division uses 65 'JUKI' stitching machines to produce superior garments and made-ups that match upto international quality standards.   Stringent quality checks ensure consistency.  The manufactured range includes products like bed sheets, bed covers, fitted sheets in various fabrics like flannels, sheetings, satins and seersucker. Our products are available with zippers, wings, flaps and frills and can be customised according to the clients needs and requirements .
